The hotel staff was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. We received complimentary breakfast and parking which was great. the location was perfect as it was within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. the hotel also had a rooftop pool and bar which was a nice added bonus.
The room was a bit dated and could use some renovations. We had some issues with the air conditioning and had to call maintenance to fix it.

Close to the Vaishno Devi temple and a hospital, this budget hotel offers free parking. Rooms have basic amenities and hot water, though there is no shower cubicle, causing the bathroom to get wet. the restaurant offers a decent breakfast spread.
The hotel corridors are noisy due to a lack of noise insulation.

Spent Christmas at this hotel recently and found it to be mediocre. The property had decently clean rooms and the food was reasonably priced. Location-wise, it was just a short drive from the railway station. The highlight of my stay was the polite and friendly staff who were accommodating to my needs.
My overall experience was dampened by a few negatives. The elevator wasn't working for more than 12 hours and there was no backup option.
